1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kuda888 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided through kuda888.onl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Holding more than one account — whether directly or through a family member, associate, or shared device — is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Use a valid and active email address that belongs to you.
• Set a strong password and keep it confidential from others.
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

kuda888 supports a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10.

All deposits must come from a valid payment method registered in your own name. kuda888 does not accept payments from third parties. Funds deposited into your gambling account do not earn interest.

The platform reserves the right to hold funds or request additional verification if there are signs of suspicious payment activity, in order to ensure the security of your transactions.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the withdrawal method and verification required.

Withdrawals will be processed subject to the following conditions:

• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same or equivalent payment method used for your deposit.
• There are no active disputes or investigations relating to your account at that time.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The kuda888 welcome bonus offers 150% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount — in this example RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For deposits of RM800 and above, the bonus is capped at RM500, bringing your balance to RM1,300 and the wagering requirement to RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

All other bonuses are subject to their respective promotional terms published at the time of the promotion. kuda888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end any promotion with reasonable notice.

Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as account termination.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the kuda888 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, and card games — have their own rules displayed within the respective game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

8. User Conduct

10. Account Termination
